Taproom.

All our beers and food are made on-site at our Taproom in Peverell, Plymouth. Our seven beer taps are in constant rotation offering a wide selection of beers from Pale Ales, Hazy IPAs to Fruited Sours, Stouts and Cask Ales. Wines, ciders, soft drinks and gluten free options are also available. Kid and dog friendly!

Gluten free pizza available on request - although we cannot guarantee complete gluten free for coeliacs due to our open plan kitchen.

Kitchen Story.

We started our kitchen in October 2019, selling sourdough loaves and flaky pastries on a weekend morning.

We also opened up in the evening alongside our Taproom hours and experimented with creating street-style foods that complimented the beers we were making downstairs. We found and fine-tuned our love of making sourdough pizza and have since closed the weekend morning bakery to concentrate on perfecting our pizza throwing.

Cinnamon Buns and Bakery Goods.

In Spring 2022 we were fortunate enough to be featured on Ainsley Harriott’s, Good Mood Food TV series, showing the man himself how to make our Cinnamon Buns. We still have the love for the sweet stuff and are constantly developing our dessert offering, linking more closely with some of the flavours and techniques used in the brewery.
